This is a special dish offered by Ore no Steak, which purchases entire cows of Japanese Black Wagyu beef.This steak course features A5-grade Wagyu beef, considered the highest quality in Japan, and carefully selected, highly popular skirt steak.The finely textured, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and beautiful marbling (sashi) that are characteristic of Wagyu beef make this a truly exquisite dish.The fine muscle fibers and evenly distributed fat distribution between the muscles create a refined umami and sweetness.
